Warranty periods by category<\/h3>\n<p>The warranty period starts on the day the product is purchased (handed over to you) and depends on the product category:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Main computer components (motherboards, processors, RAM, hard drives, graphics cards, cases, etc.): 6 months<\/li>\n<li>Power supplies: 2 months<\/li>\n<li>Gaming and office peripherals (mice, keyboards, headsets, speakers, flash drives, cables): 2 weeks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2. General warranty terms<\/h3>\n<p>To use the warranty, you must present the warranty card and proof of purchase (receipt).<\/p>\n<p>The product must be returned for warranty service in its complete original factory packaging, with all included items.<\/p>\n<p>The warranty covers technical diagnostics and repair of the defective item or, if repair is technically impossible, its replacement with an identical product or one with similar specifications.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Warranty limitations and exclusions<\/h3>\n<p>A product loses the right to warranty service in the following cases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mechanical damage: physical damage, scratches, broken ports, broken parts, or damaged or removed factory seals and stickers.<\/li>\n<li>Improper use: damage caused by sharp voltage changes in the power grid, unstable current, or the absence of protective devices (a voltage stabiliser).<\/li>\n<li>Liquids and foreign objects: liquid spilled into the device, or dust, insects or foreign objects inside it.<\/li>\n<li>Unqualified intervention: attempts to take the device apart yourself, replace parts, or install unofficial software or firmware updates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Legal details: Pcparts.ge | Individual entrepreneur Zura Lezhava | ID number: 01017036837<\/p>",
