Refund and Returns Policy

If a product you bought from PCParts.ge has a factory (manufacturing) defect, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it.

Conditions

• Returns are accepted only for products with a factory defect.
• The return must be made within 14 days of the day you received the product.
• You bring the product back to our shop yourself, or send it to us at your own cost.

Where to return

PCParts.ge, Pixel Business Center, 34 Ilia Chavchavadze Ave., Tbilisi, Georgia. The shop is open every day from 11:00 to 21:00.
