Warranty Terms

1. Warranty periods by category

The warranty period starts on the day the product is purchased (handed over to you) and depends on the product category:

• Main computer components (motherboards, processors, RAM, hard drives, graphics cards, cases, etc.): 6 months
• Power supplies: 2 months
• Gaming and office peripherals (mice, keyboards, headsets, speakers, flash drives, cables): 2 weeks

2. General warranty terms

To use the warranty, you must present the warranty card and proof of purchase (receipt).

The product must be returned for warranty service in its complete original factory packaging, with all included items.

The warranty covers technical diagnostics and repair of the defective item or, if repair is technically impossible, its replacement with an identical product or one with similar specifications.

3. Warranty limitations and exclusions

A product loses the right to warranty service in the following cases:

• Mechanical damage: physical damage, scratches, broken ports, broken parts, or damaged or removed factory seals and stickers.
• Improper use: damage caused by sharp voltage changes in the power grid, unstable current, or the absence of protective devices (a voltage stabiliser).
• Liquids and foreign objects: liquid spilled into the device, or dust, insects or foreign objects inside it.
• Unqualified intervention: attempts to take the device apart yourself, replace parts, or install unofficial software or firmware updates.
